This hotel is also the conference venue, an added convenience for delegates.

About the Hotel

The Kempinski Hotel Badamdar Baku is a gleaming addition to the fast growing portfolio of Kempinski city hotels, and opened in September 2011. A resort within the city, it offers outstanding facilities for business, leisure travelers and families alike. Facilities include 280 expertly designed rooms and suites, 38 fully furnished and serviced residences, 36 offices, 19 meeting rooms, a ballroom, two restaurants and two bars, as well as tennis and basketball courts, an entertainment center and Aquapark.

Special rates for the Conference delegates

* Rates are subject to 18% VAT and daily AZN 1.10 Municipality Fee per person per night.

* All room rates in this agreement are quoted in AZN, NET per room per night. You can find a list of current exchange rates on the website of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan (here).

Room rates include:
* Buffet breakfast
* Internet access
* Use of indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, state of art gym and tennis courts.

Check-in time is 15:00 hrs.
Access to rooms prior to this time will only be offered depending on availability of rooms at the time of arrival. In order to guarantee early check-in, this must be stated on the reservation form and a one full night’s charge will apply. Kindly indicate the approximate arrival time for each booking.

Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Late check-out may be arranged. Guests departing before their booked check-out date will be charged for the remaining nights of the original confirmation.

A) Online booking!

• Go to the Shangri-La website.
• Enter all the necessary stay requirements like check-in date, check-out date, number of rooms, adults and children.
• Under the "Special Rate" area, select "Group Code" and enter the Group Code: INT230911.
• Click the Check Availability button to continue.
• If all the search criteria are correct and rooms are still available for the group, the group rate will be returned in the availability search result. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete the online booking.

B) Offline booking

Important information

DEADLINE:
Hotel reservation deadline is 1 September 2011.
Afer this date, rooms are subject to availability.

• Airport transfers are available upon request at NT$2,400 per car per trip.
• No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours prior to the requested transportation arrangement will be subject to a  NT$1,200 net cancellation fee.
• Check-in time is at 15:00 and check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Check-in prior to 12:00 noon will be subject to an additional one-night room charge.
• Additional room charge will be levied for late check-out.  Rooms occupied until 18:00 will be charged at 50% of the room rate. Full rate will be applied for late check-out past 18:00. 
• All reservations will be held until 16:00 on the day of arrival unless guaranteed by credit card.
• A one night "No Show" charge will apply for reservations cancelled after 16:00 the day before scheduled arrival.
• Room reservations required 72 hours prior to the check-in date for cancellation. One night room charge will be applied for cancellation within 72 hours of the check-in date.
• All Rates are quoted in New Taiwan $ and are subject to 10% service charge.
